Delivery Service Options

Our goal is a seamless customer experience.

Texas' Best Propane uses bobtail trucks specifically designed to efficiently deliver to your home propane tank. Safe home propane delivery requires your propane tank be easily accessible to our truck and driver. Your propane tank must be located near the driveway and free of any obstacles or impediments.

New Propane Customers

Texas' Best Propane has several programs for new customers to choose from. No matter which plan you choose, you are sure to receive the best service available in the propane industry.

Keep-Full Service

Texas Best Propane's convenient Keep-Full Service saves our customers money while easing their minds about running out of propane. Our Keep-Full Service is offered at no extra charge and is designed to ensure our propane Customers don't run out of gas. We will regularly stop by and fill your tank so you never again have to worry about your propane levels. This peace of mind is always comforting, and is especially important during the cold winter months.

Texas Best Propane Keep-Full Customers automatically receive our lowest available price, no matter the volume of propane delivered. To qualify, Keep-Full Customers must obtain prior credit approval and must remain current on propane payments.

If you choose not to use our Keep-Full Service, we recommend that you call us at (903) 583-0123 when your gauge indicates your propane tank is down to 20% full. That will allow enough time for our driver to get there before you run out of gas. We do request that all Keep-Full Customers contact our office should your propane use change significantly.

We-Call Propane Service

Our We-Call Service is for Texas Best Propane Customers who prefer to monitor their own propane tank and schedule deliveries themselves but appreciate getting reminders that their propane tank is likely getting low. We use a Degree Day computer calculation based on your historical propane usage and the average temperature since your last fill to estimate the amount of propane remaining in your tank. This calculation is fairly accurate, but not perfect. Will-Call Service Customers should be sure to keep an eye on their propane levels.

Will-Call Propane Service

Our Will-Call program is for propane customers who prefer to monitor their own tanks and call us to schedule deliveries at their convenience. This program is usually best suited for customers with seasonal usage, those who are on a COD delivery plan, or who have a difficult delivery location. The biggest disadvantage Will-Call customers face is that they must remember to monitor their propane tank and call us so they don't run out of gas.

If you have not yet signed up to become a Texas' Best Propane Keep-Full Customer, you are still on the "Will-Call" customer list. If this is the case, you must remember to regularly check your propane tank level and call us for a fill up before you run out of gas. While allowing your home propane tank to run out may not be as inconvenient as running out of fuel in your car with (at least you don't have to walk home), it's still pretty annoying. Cold showers generally don't make momma happy.

If you are a Will-Call propane customer, we ask that you give us five business days' lead time to allow time for us to include your delivery into our established routes. To ensure you don't run out of propane, we recommend you place your order when your propane tank is at about 20% capacity. We also ask that you plan on being at home for all will-call propane deliveries in order to pay for the delivery.

If you forget to check your propane tank and completely run out of gas, give us a call at (903) 583-0123 for an emergency fill up. If we have to break off a regular route or make an after-hours propane delivery, additional charges must of course apply for the special trip as well as the after hours inconvenience.

All propane deliveries require an established Texas' Best Propane account in your name and correct address. If you do not yet have a Texas' Best Propane account, please call us at (903) 583-0123 and we will establish an account in your name. Will-call propane deliveries require payment in full when service is rendered. All balances past 30 days must be satisfied before any additional propane deliveries are made.

Emergency Propane Delivery Service

Should you find yourself in an emergency situation such as equipment failure or propane appliance malfunction, call us at (903) 583-0123 so we can come out to get your service restored quickly as possible. Because we do no not normally make propane deliveries after hours, our emergency service is designed to remedy occurrences out of the customers' control such as a gas leak, etc. It is not intended for oversights such as allowing yourself to run out of gas. If you allow your propane tank to run out of gas and we need to make a special trip, a transit fee and minimum volume requirements are required to cover the additional costs.

Run Out of Gas?

It is really inconvenient to run out of gas. All your propane appliances stop working at the same time. Hot showers. Warm bedrooms. Home-cooked meals. Dry clothes. All in the past - until the propane truck arrives. Give us a call at (903) 583-0123 and we'll fill your tank ASAP. Because of safety concerns, all propane companies are required by law to perform a Leak Test of your propane system before the system can be turned back on after you run out of propane.
